About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Architect to design the structure of our IT systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented. The role reports into CTO and/or Head of Technology.
Target Profile
Technical Architect expertise especially related to large-scale Software product development in the domain of lending, banking, financial services, financial technology with minimum 8-10 years experience.
Location: Delhi-NCR
Role Requirements:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuity of architecting our product. This includes
- Collaboratively build, implement, and manage technology architecture roadmap.
- Implement, manage, and validate strong coding standard and quality across various technologies.
- Implement, manage, and drive core technology upgrades within the product roadmap.
- Lead by example and able to show case strong coding skills.
- Identify and develop next line of technical architects within the team.
- Prime both proactive and reactive stakeholder's engagements.
- Build and maintain the Product API layer through API Management platforms like Postman, Swagger, Apiary etc
Key Candidate Attributes
- B.Tech / B.E. from reputed Engineering College / University
- Must have 60% & above scores in entire academics
- 8-10 Years of experience in the same domain with strong
- Strong on people practices / team building
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Result Oriented and experienced in time bound delivery
- Sound knowledge in Microservice Architecture
- Sound knowledge in Design Principles
- Sound knowledge in implementing Pub/Sub model in an Evented architecture pattern
- Sound knowledge in systems integrations through standard authentication protocol like OAuth2, and SAML2.0
- Hands-on experience in building performant and distributed applications
- Strong knowledge in Event/Messaging based system, and Cryptography
- Cloud and DevOps - help architect and execute the deployment and runtime of our applications. Need to be familiar with containerized applications and CI/CD process
The following technology stacks are required, but not limited to:
- Angular/React
- NodeJS, Python, PHP, JAVA
- MongoDB or any NoSQL, Oracle, MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Memcache, Redis
- Jenkins and Serverless deployment
- Docker, Kubernetes, Kong
- Puppet, Chef, Ansible
Travel Requirements
- Occasionally as per business requirements
Compensation
- CTC will be aligned to market and commensurate with candidate's skills and experience
