Responsibilities :
- Directs the software development function, including the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs for software enhancements and new products.
- Oversees the development of software for different operating systems - Android and iOS.
- Good knowledge in flutter.
- Create software development methodology and continuous improvement of the same.
- Commitment to a high quality of Software development in Android and iOS mobile eco system
- Individual will be responsible to create and manage the integrated program schedule for application development, manages critical path, and drives for the best possible milestone dates, escalating key issues and present options for resolution.
- Publishing monthly metrics on actual performance to commitments. Furthermore, the individual will drive high level strategic decision making through detailed analysis and material preparations.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
Required Skills/Experience :
- Requires 5 or more years of related experience and 2 or more years of direct management experience.
- Good knowledge of Flutter SDK & Dart programming language.
- Good knowledge in Python & PHP.
- Build and guide Project structure, development keys, communicate with developers.
- Should have worked on both mobile platforms - Android & IOS and have already published few apps in App store & Play store.
- Mobile app architecture design and optimization Widget state management,
- Unit/widget/integration testing of the app.
- Understanding the lifecycle of common widgets.
- Understanding of how to use theme.
- Understanding of how to debug Flutter application Asynchrony/multithreading in Dart
- The Ability to initiate and manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact with many different groups, levels of people, cross different geographically regions both internally and externally.
