Job Responsibilities :
- Test, build, design, deployment, and ability to maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery process using tools like Jenkins, maven Git, etc.
- Must know how to choose the best tools and technologies which best fit the business needs.
- Ability to automate tests and deploy the code and monitor.
- Work in close coordination with the development and operations team such that the application is in line with performance according to the customer's expectation.
- Extensive experience in operating scripting languages like Pearl, Ruby, etc.
- Hands-on experience in using configuration management tools like Puppet, SaltStack, Ansible, etc.
- Hands-on experience to build and handle VMs, Containers utilizing tools like Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
- Hands-on experience in building, designing and maintaining cloud-based applications with AWS, Azure, etc.
- Working in regulation with industry-standard best practices in close coordination with the integration and deployment team.
- DevOps engineers must have effective leadership and cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in operating a Linux environment with good command over any scripting language such as Shell, Python, etc.
- 5 years+ of experience with PHP creating APIs and micro-services
- PHP framework: CodeIgnitor,
- Good server-side knowledge, CDN, VPS hosting, Security Practices,
- Exposure to Git, Payment
Must Have :
- Experience in ELK Stack and Kafka is a plus
- Experience working on creating a scalable website which can support 10000s of the user simultaneously
- Databases: MySQL, Redis
- Servers: Apache, Nginx,
- Strong problem-solving and fast learning skills
- Good communication skills in the English Language
