Job Description :
- Full-stack PHP development for mUniCampus and mUniversity.mobi portal
- Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new development as required for various products like Ignite LMS; Ignite web conferencing/ virtual class; mUni Education Marketplace; Seagull Placement suite; Pariksha Online Examinations solution; Academic admin etc.
- Building web applications for scale
- Work with the product team to design-develop a variety of features and reusable components
- Analyze and optimize front-end and back-end code while pursuing simplicity, efficiency, reliability and performance
- Use independent judgment to take existing code, understand its function, and change/enhance as needed
- Collaborate, provide technical guidance, and engage in design and code review for other team members
- Report to Client Manager /Senior Developer/ Project Manager on Timelines and meet SLA-s
- Take complete responsibility and ownership of the projects from start to end.
- Develop & suggest responsive coding best practices.
- Coordinate with outside vendors, as needed to accomplish goals.
- Enforce standards and review code where necessary.
Requirements :
- Min 3 to 4 years of experience designing and developing highly scalable web applications
- Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases
- Strong Knowledge of Core PHP and any MVC frameworks like Codeigniter.
- Must be good in Object-Oriented Programming.
- Good sense of what is required for a great user interface.
- Good knowledge of working with the FTP and Control Panel of servers and MySQL database.
- Should be able to communicate with our end customer on time and ready to take up day to day challenges.
- Must have very good knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery.
- Knowledge of 3rd Party API integration is a must.
Good to have :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to Laravel framework
- Exposure on working AWS cloud platform.
- Exposure to facial recognition API's of AWS/ AZURE/ GCP will be added advantage
- Exposure to JMeter testing
