- Minimum of 2to4 years of work experience with Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any equivalent degree.
- Should have end to end experience in ERP Implementation and support of modules across all departments
- Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Accounting
- Must have experience in End User Training on ERP Software features and functionality.
- Knowledge in MS SQL Server and Data Migration
- Knowledge in Flexible Packaging industry is an advantage
- Finance/Accounting background is an advantage
- Able to Travel Onsite for Training and Implementation, if required
- Able to prepare GAP Analysis of the client requirement & ERP Software
- Able to carry out UAT of the requirements given
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge to prepare SRS and SOW
