Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Proactively suggest improvements to applications and processes that enhance the client experience or improve performance
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Work with Product Development team to understand project requirements and work with other Engineers on the technical design of those solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Provide periodic project status updates to team lead/remote manager
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support .Mentor less experienced engineers in the team
Required Skills :
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Have built back-end for applications using NodeJs/PHP (REST API s).
- Have built front-end for applications using React (preferred but not mandatory).
- Integration of data storage solutions like MongoDB and other NoSQL cloud data stores.
- Experience working with AWS/Google Cloud platforms in deployment and setup of Applications.
- Experience working with versioning tools such as GitHub/Bit Bucket or others. Third-party Libraries - Volly, Retrofit, EventBus, Proguard, etc
