Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop/code complex custom business applications, as well as develop and maintain complex high traffic websites & web applications for our clients
- You will be responsible for producing high quality code/software/web app in PHP, MySQL, jQuery, AJAX, HTML/CSS and other open source web technologies/packages per project requirements
- Experience of seamless integration of frontend to the back-end functionality
- Strong understanding of navigation and GUI for maximizing usability
- Must be able to balance the aesthetic, technical, and business aspects of a website
- You will be required to deploy the application on live or staging servers
- You will be responsible to troubleshoot bugs & fix them as well as maintain/enhance existing projects
- Involve in deployment of application on the staging server and possibly live server.
- You will be expected to complete the project tasks in estimated time frame and deadline, and report to your manager about work schedules, plans and milestones daily.
- Front-end: PHP, jQuery, Bootstrap framework
- Back-end: PHP, MySQL
Key Requirements (Skills & Experience) :
- Masters or a B. Tech degree from a reputed engineering institute
- Candidate must have around 6-8 years of web development experience
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development and minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience with WordPress
- Candidate must possess good understanding of front-end and back end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience in responsive/adaptive web development, custom post-types & fields, taxonomies, excerpts, custom plugin / theme development and WooCommerce within WordPress is a must
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, AngularJS, Bootstrap, PSD to HTML conversion
- Candidate must also have the knowledge of interacting with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) and have experience of using analytics tool including Google Analytics
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics/Webmaster Tools
- Strong Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process and knowledge of CRM tools would be a plus
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
- Backend - Core PHP (API Integration, Lead Form Configuration, Data Validations and Server Implementation), MYSQL, CMS (WordPress etc.)
