Senior Fullstack Engineer -Cimpress India

Your responsibilities :
What you'll do :
- Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.
- Iterate rapidly on features, tooling and processes as we launch the first versions of new products.
- Work closely with our users on a daily basis.
- Design, build and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, services and systems.
- Engineer solutions across systems such as user interface, APIs, infrastructure, data-pipelines, and more.
- Debug production issues across services at multiple levels of the stack.
What will make your candidature great
- BE / ME, MTech in CS/EE/ECE or equivalent.
- 4+ years- experience, including experience in large-scale applications.
- Focus on Full Stack Engineers with experience building Javascript web software with focus on Front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), but experience with building back-end in Node.js & PHP
- Preferred skills: React, HTML / CSS, Other frameworks ( VUE or Angular)
- Hands-on experience in AWS technologies like AWS API Gateway, Lambda, SQS & SNS
- Experience API development / API integrations
- Experience in Typescript / Nestjs
- Good to have skills: Gatsby, Contentful & MongoDB
What are you expected to do?
- Technical Guidance: You will provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software engineers; this requires that you have the technical depth to make complex design decisions and the hands-on ability to lead by example.You will also be responsible to drive self-started improvements in systems and services to drive value for the business.
- Execution and Delivery: You will be expected to install and follow good software development practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You should be familiar with agile practices as well as be able to adapt these to the needs of the business, with a constant focus on product quality.
- People Leadership: You will provide guidance and leadership to a team of young engineers, and will be responsible to provide career counselling, development and progression.
