Position: Sr. PHP Developer

Experience: 3-9 years (1+year in Laravel is added advantage)

Job Responsibilities :
- Design, estimate, and code new features. This is primarily a coding position.
- Architect new applications, and expand existing ones
- Define, document, and enforce engineering standards.
- Perform code reviews of your team members' work
- Participate in software design discussions, sprint planning and other project management meetings
- Ensure existing applications are scaled to meet expected demand
- Excellent fundamental knowledge of OOPs, PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, HTML 5, JQuery
- 1+ years of Experience in Laravel will be added advantage
- Good command over MySQL development with complex queries, DB schema design & Performance tuning
- Working in a collaborative team environment using tools like Mantis, JIRA and Git.
- Experience of working with Agile methodology
- Long term experience of working on product based organisation would be preferred
- Wider experience on all phases of SDLC for system developments
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve Production issues
- Good verbal/written communication skills
Linux environment skills a big plus
Experience of working on enterprise systems would be a plus
Experience of working on Payroll / Finance domain would be a plus
Must be a good team player as well as capable of working standalone with least supervision as per situation demands
Candidate with experience on Cake PHP/Zend /Yii/Codeingiter can also apply
