Job Responsibilities
- Architecture, designing, planning and coding of frontend/backend technologies and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
- Manage full technology team, assign work, code review, design review.
- Guide help coordinate with team lead to ensure smooth development of projects
- Work with CTO, CEO, project manager etc. to understand requirements and product concepts.
- Ensure timely delivery of products.
- Performance evaluation and career planning recommendations for the technical team members.
- Contribute to the code
- Foster a productive, collaborative, result-driven culture on your team
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

- Ship Good Quality Code Fast
- Ensure Code Review Healthiness
- Provide Architectural and Design direction
Technical knowledge required
- Strong technical and working experienced knowledge of PHP/iOS/Android and frontend technologies
- Strong technical and experienced knowledge of PHP MVC frameworks Yii, Yii2, CodeIgniter etc.
- Strong technical and working experienced knowledge of Frontend JS Framework like Vue JS,Angular JS
- Strong Technical Knowledge of Mobile App development.
- Strong knowledge of Oops
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures.
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Git and Git workflow
- Extensive experience with project version management tools like Bitbucket &GitHub
- Extensive experience of project management tools like JIRA
- Experience in Agile Development process.
- Hands on experience in coding multiple complex projects.
(Coding skills are very important because we believe if you cannot code you cannot lead.)
