Job Description, Role :
Working alongside our research team in India and with our IT partner in the UK, you will help build our online market research software platform.
Your primary role will be to create the database structure and backend for the data platform. This backend will be used to powerfront-end applications that can display relevant data in charts and tables.
You will also be required to manage, maintain and make small changes to the backend.

Essential technical skills :
1. Laravel & Vue.Js
2. Database design
3. SQL
4. Open-source SQL databases, e.g. MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL
5. PHP and frameworks
6. Front-end HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks and tools
Desirable skills and experience :
1. NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB
2. Python and Frameworks
3. Git and/or other version control systems
4. Data visualisation tools
5. Agile methodology
6. Data scraping experience
7. Secure software development practices
8. Experience with big data platforms would be a bonus
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 1-3 years plus
