Job Description:
- We are looking for a senior web developer that is passionate about web development and making a direct impact on client results. It offers immense opportunity to work on a wide spectrum of websites and web projects across clients in the US, Europe and India on Wordpress and Hubspot CMS.
- This role will advance in to a Web Development Practice Lead where the candidate will be responsible for growing and managing a global practice for web development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be leading the development of cool websites and integrating with various marketing, sales and customer engagements tools. Candidate will be working with agency partners in leading website development projects in US and Europe
- Build beautiful websites that provide engaging experience to visitors and assist Marketing teams in achieving lead generation and web conversion goals.
- Create well-designed, responsive and optimized websites on Wordpress and Hubspot CMSs.
- Integrate websites with various customer experience management, lead capture and customer relationship management tools.
- Lead a team of junior developers for website builds and updates
- Code and implement websites for the best user experience using best practices.
- Develop UI designs and coding, creating reusable objects and templates, wireframes for web pages
- Manage maintenance, updates, expansions, and scaling of website.
- Identify issues with websites and implement best practices to optimize load time and other website performance parameters to give users best experience across all devices.
- Conduct thorough QA of website builds by testing functionality on a wide variety of browsers and platforms using testing suites.
Must to have skills :
- 5+ years of experience in responsive and adaptive website development for multiple companies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Wordpress multisite, microsites, and landing pages is a must. (Experience in Hubspot CMS - is must).
- Strong experience in front and back end development with demonstrated ability to develop websites from scratch (w.o themes)
- Strong experience in front and back end development.
- Strong expertise in web applications, programming languages, and web services, such as APIs, CSS, CSS3, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, and PHP.
- Experience working with sales and marketing platforms including Hubspot, Marketo, and Salesforce highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of site performance and reporting.
- Champion of best practices in web programming, including conforming to the latest web standards as defined by the W3C.
- Extreme attention to detail and top quality of code. - Strong oral and written communication skills as you will be interacting directly with clients and development teams in the US and Europe.
- Deadline oriented with a strong project management skills. Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams at once. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Experience with Adobe suite of applications a plus
