ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}.
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
- Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and reusable code.
- Knowledge of WordPress standard coding.
- Developing/modifying custom themes and plugins.
- Theme/Template integration.
- Php Programming and frameworks like Laravel. Strong in MySQL and MVC Architecture.
- Developing, maintaining and optimizing secure, reusable and scalable websites and web apps.
- API Integration tools: JSON, XML, and API / RESTful APIs Integrations.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :
- Knowledge of Payment Gateway Integration.
- Must have experience in WordPress management in developing server-side expertise.
- Should have excellent knowledge of good coding standards.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Should be able to develop modules independently and perform Unit testing
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
