We are looking for a Tech Lead to produce and implement functional software solutions. You will work with upper management to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects.
In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. If you also have hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies, we- d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Technically mentor and manage the output of a tech team of 2-3 developers
- Individual contribution for architecting, designing, developing & deploying on AWS/Google cloud
- Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
- Review and debug code
- Perform validation and verification testing
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
- Document development phases and monitor systems
- Ensure software is up to date with latest technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a full-stack development
- Extensive experience in software development, scripting, and project management
- Advance knowledge of programming languages including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Clear understanding of OOPS and MVC concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB/Elasticsearch)
- Must have prior experience in using Laravel, ReactJS / React Native.
- Complete understanding of using version control system like Git
- Must have prior experience in using cloud platforms (only AWS / Google) and implementation using Docker, Kubernetes, and Virtual Instances
- Clear understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS systems
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
