JOB OBJECTIVE: Application architect with good hands on experience of 8-12 years in architecting, designing and developing large scale web and mobile applications.
Necessary Skills -
1. Strong proficiency in architecting and designing highly scalable, available, secure and elastic solutions that implement industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
2. Strong proficiency in building resilient and cloud ready solutions based on Micro Services, Multi-tenancy architecture.
3. Proficiency in working closely with clients, product owners, enterprise architects and business analysts to understand functional and non-functional requirements and convert into technical solutions.
4. Ability to diverse requirements, negotiate, and effectively articulate rationale and vision behind technical decisions that support the business.
5. Ability to guide the team of developers for development best practices, architecture patterns.
6. Must have architected high concurrency web and mobile applications with user load of around 100k.
Technical skillset -
a. Type of applications: Web (must) and mobile applications(good to have)
b. Architecture patterns: SPA, Microservices(must) and Serverless(good to have)
c. Front End technologies: React/Angular/Vue (must), React Native(good to have),
d. Back End technologies: Java/Python(Django/Flask/Tornado)/PHP
e. Database/Storage technologies: SQL databases and ElasticSearch and Redis (must) and Kafka (good to have) etc.
f. Deployment technologies: Kubernetes and Docker (both must)
g. Cloud: AWS or Azure
8. Experience of working in large teams and using collaboration tools like GIT, Jira and Confluence
9. Should have an attitude of willing to learn, accept the challenging environment and confidence in delivering the results within timelines. Should be inclined towards self-motivation and self-driven to find solutions for problems.
Good to have skills -
1. Experience of architecting and designing SaaS products.
2. Experience of pharma and healthcare domain.
3. Experience of working closely with Data Science team.
Logical Thinking - Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Notices discrepancies and inconsistencies in information and materials.
Task Management - Should be able to plan and manage the tasks for himself/herself as well as the team.
Communication - Excellent communication skills for interaction with IT/Security teams, product owners and business analysts
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Education:
- B-Tech or BE in any engineering discipline from Tier 1-2 college with 8-12 years of experience
Required Experience :
- Minimum of at least 5-7 years of relevant experience
Behavioral Competency :
- Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with both technical and business leaders in the organization)
- Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements are a plus
