Role : Java Development Manager
Job Requirements :
1. Good technical background & hands-on experience in multiple technologies including Java, Advanced Java, Oracle (SQL & PL/SQL), PHP, Perl Scripting, Client-side scripting and possessing strong OOP knowledge.
2. Experience in using modern software engineering frameworks and product development tools such as Agile, Continuous Integration/Delivery, DevOps & Release Management.
3. Knowledge of proficient software engineering practices, including best practices in the areas of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC),
4. Ensuring high coding standards, Implementing code reviews, Source control management, Build processes, Quality benchmarking and Release management.
5. Demonstrated excellent leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to grow, develop, and retain top talent.
6. Knowledge of Node, Angular, React, AWS & Python will be an added advantage.
