Experience - 3-5 years
The position will require the understanding of product-framework concepts and environment specifics.
The ideal candidate is an expert in supporting and maintaining the day to day operations by managing configurations, debugging & assisting the operations team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ability to resolve complex situations that require a logical, analytical and methodical approach.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Taking ownership of product enhancements and delivering it.
- Debug API/Application and take remedial actions in priority.
- Collaborate with the CS team to actively develop/maintain and revise features.
Key Experiences/Achievements :
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a product development role or an operations and support role in a product company.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience required in PHP/Python, MySQL, Javascript.
