PHP Tech Lead - CMS Specialist
Role & Location: Full Time - Work from home / Any where in India
Total Experience : 6 to 10 Years
WordPress / Core PHP Experience: Min. 8 years
Mandatory Skills: Core PHP, WordPress themes, plugins, PHP, Hooks, MYSQL, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, GIT, JavaScript & Query.
Good to have skills: Experience in other PHP CMS's like Magento & Drupal would be an added advantage.
Technical Skills :
- Should be well versed with Core PHP, WordPress themes, plugins, PHP, Hooks, MYSQL, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, GIT, JavaScript & Query
- Hands-on WordPress with integration to other tools like JIRA, Jenkins, UI/ HTML and JavaScript and SASS
- Theme Customization / Custom Plug-in Developments.
- Strong Agile Development & Maintenance experience and Project Planning / Project Management
- Ability to handle complex problems from design to execution and deliver in time bound manner under constraints.
- Good exposure in WordPress Hierarchy structure
- Build a highly scalable product right from scratch
- Having good experience in Design Pattern
- Knowledge of Customization of themes & plugins
- Experience in developing E-Commerce websites
- Should have a good understanding of Search Engine Optimization(SEO).
- Should have worked on Web Analytics tools like GA/Segment/MixPanel etc
- Should have experience in web performance optimization
- Experience in other PHP CMS's like Magento & Drupal would be an added advantage
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the Software development and architecture team to take the development to the next level
- Help introduce modern standards into the team and act as a technical architect or Lead as per the organization's need.
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Development,Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product
- Write clean, well-designed code
- Software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Follow industry best practices
- Understanding of best standards, guidelines, etc. and cares about adhering to them
- Ability to handle complex problems from design to execution and deliver in time bound manner under constraints.
Additional Skills :
- Good analytical, reasoning, logical and troubleshooting skills.
