The average entertainer has to use multiple platforms to get work - LinkedIn is for networking, Gigsalad is for getting booked and Instagram is for sharing content, but they don- t seamlessly work together to connect entertainers with opportunities.
Entertainers are some of the best storytellers, yet they don- t always get the chance to showcase their talent to those who are seeking it most.
On the other hand, gig managers are looking for remarkable entertainers but online directories lack transparency and clarity, leaving them to depend on less-preferred recommendations, even though the best person for their needs could be literally living next door.
That's what we do, we help them- and we need your help.

Our headquarters are in Delaware, USA. This position will be based in India (working from home opportunity).
Who You Are?
- You have at least 6 - 9 years of relevant experience with a minimum Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead as the Technology owner (including solution strategy and architecture) for the overall platform / product.
- Strong sense of stakeholder management across business units to grow the product with quality insights across functions.
- Actively review, identify and recommend product, solution and service enhancements to enable target audience growth.
- Confidently build the platforms / product to have excellent user and customer experience (UX / CX).
- Identify and continuously track appropriate metrics to facilitate ongoing governance and continuous improvement of the assigned product.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps of the product capabilities and new features implementation.
- Regularly collaborate with the Leadership team to agree on the roadmap and appropriate growth / upgrade timelines.
- Actively contribute in business strategy meetings in order to understand the business context surrounding eventual related decisions.
- Actively work with the Marketing & growth team for direct interaction with the end users to understand their requirements and incorporate the same to our product growth plan.
- Strongly acquaint oneself with the business' priorities of both IT & Non - IT -related activities and where those activities are in the overall list of priorities in terms of product development.
- Commit to pre - agreed delivery timelines and ensure achievement of the same.
- Learn new skills and technologies as needed in order to support the current development team.
- Identify current skill gaps within the development team and closely work with the overall team and management to close the gap.
- Comply with IT department standards and processes related to design, documentation, coding, testing, implementation, etc., and regularly communicate suggested improvements for greater efficiency.
- Deliver complete product management and direction to ensure the request has clear scope, timelines and escalation paths.
- Manage product features. Influence customers, vendors, external partners, and engineering team priorities.
Technical Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience working as a Product Manager for a web platform or mobile app. User generated platforms/apps is a big plus.
- Experience with coding technologies such as PHP (CodeIgniter), NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, etc. is a must.
- Previous work experience as a Full Stack Developer is preferred.
- Experience in successfully managing multiple cross - functional projects in one go.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Experience of working in an Agile environment and working as a SCRUM Master.
- Experience with product & user support management.
- Demonstrated experience in documenting complex technical and business problems in a simple & intuitive manner that others can understand.
- Excellent proficiency with data management tools such as Excel is a must.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.
