- We are looking for highly talented, motivated, and logic-driven candidates with sound knowledge and experience in Core PHP Development using CodeIgnitor/Laravel PHP Framework.
- Must have sound knowledge and experience working with WordPress customization. Any other Opensource CMS platforms like Drupal, Magento, Joomla will be an advantage.
Desired Skills :
- Sound knowledge and expertise in Development and maintenance applications in core PHP using MVC architecture and PHP Framework Laravel/CodeIgnitor;
- Must having experience with WordPress with Elementor page builder;
- Must have developed at least 2 or 3 big plugins in WordPress;
- Should be able to customize WP theme where required;
- Strong hands-on Project Management Skills;
- Sound working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jquery, Ajax, Angular, etc.;
- Must have very strong OOPS and database concepts. Knowledge of API development will be an advantage using JSON/cURL;
- Proven experience in planning, execution, and implementation of high-quality software projects;
- Should be familiar with iterative development methodologies like Agile, etc.;
- Good Communication Skills and Time Management Skills are a must;
- Must be very good at visualization and making clean Web layouts;
- Should be able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well;
- Ability to understand how to think around obstacles and execute deliverables on time;
- Desire to change the existing paradigms, think out of the box, and sharp analytical mind;
- Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Roles and Job Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for the multi-faceted roles, requiring technical and leadership capability to mentor team to design, develop, test, document, deploy and -support high-quality web applications;
- Work with BA & PM for identifying and documenting the requirements of the client for the project;
- Assist the PM in developing the project plan by estimating the user stories defined in the backlog and planning the sprints;
- Involve in bootstrapping the project coding effort setting up SVN/GIT, database, and the architecture on which the project will be built;
- Analyze the functional requirements produced by BA/Client for the module and develop a bug-free application;
- Provide technical assistance to the team members of the project and mentoring the team members;
- Communicate with the Client on the project status and functional/technical requirements when required;
- Deploy the application on Staging or the live environment;
- Responsible for unit testing and release of software for QC. Bug fixing for the software and working with PM on the closure of bugs that require feedback.
