TECHNICAL ARCHITECT JOB DESCRIPTION :
- We are looking for a highly motivated hands-on PHP Architect. You will be a technical go-to person for a collaborative engineering team to provide technical leadership from development through regulatory compliance testing.
- An expert in PHP/MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, OOPs and MVC frameworks. Designing system and databases and defining architectural road maps. Implement best practises and conduct code reviews.
- Should have passion for technologies and willingness keep updated with innovations in web technologies. Should have experience in leading multifunctional teams and proven track record of handling projects of significant complexity.
- The nature of the position requires the candidate to have excellent communication skills, strong technical and debugging skills, along with a drive to make a difference.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provides architectural expertise, direction, and assistance for the development, design, and systems integration across
- Hands-on experienced both as an architect and a software engineer
- Leadership experience in creating, deploying, and managing web-based applications
- Good knowledge of SaaS model
- Good written and vocal communication skills (in English)
- Must have commendable and proven proficiencies in PHP, MVC Framework, Laravel, CodeIgniter, JavaScript Frameworks etc.
- Must have extensive experience in handling RESTful APIs including those provided by various notable third parties
- Good command over database design and management (MySQL and PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of version control platforms
- Capture high level requirements quickly from client or the sales team
- Should be able to provide technical solution based on a business scenario
- Strong understanding of latest technologies including DevOps
- Ability to research out potential products / technologies for the proposed solution
- Excellent knowledge of MVC and OOPS
- Ability to extend or customise existing products/projects
- Continuously researches, evaluates, and presents new technology services and solutions that fit the vision and goals of the organisation
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure including AWS, Digital Ocean, MS-Azure etc.
- Good communication skills (English language: written and oral)
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
- Knowledge of processes involved in mobile app development
Skills & Proficiencies:
- Strong in Hard core PHP coding with 8-12 years of Experience
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in MVC Framework
- Experienced in developing E-Commerce/consumer technologies, Content management Systems
- Sound knowledge in database designing and frameworks.
- Strong in-depth expertise on open source PHP frameworks. Define global designs
- To lead the team of developers engaged in developing scalable software products and tools
- Contribute in the overall development of software products and make those market-worthy
- Be a part of the think-tank of the organisation
- Should have worked in large-scale web and mobile applications/projects
- Experience in development methodologies like Agile with DevOps
